Hunt Valley and Annapolis, Maryland – September 1, 2014 – CPS Gumpert, a company with its roots in the traditional print industry, that also offers image development and marketing communications services, announced a corporate rebranding that includes a name change to Ironmark.

The announcement comes after three years of growth following the 2011 merger of two established printing service companies – Frank Gumpert Printing, founded in 1955 and based in Annapolis, and Corporate Printing Solutions founded in 2001 in Hunt Valley.

The merged firm was re-named CPS Gumpert at that time, combining CPS’s print management and graphic design capabilities with Gumpert’s strong offset and digital print operation. The merged company experienced exceptional growth offering offset, digital and large format printing, graphic design and web development, event promotions and promo products and e-comm services.

The next step in the CPS Gumpert merger – a complete rebranding effort – is taking place with a new name, logo, revised website and social media components. Delivery trucks carrying the new Ironmark brand recently went into service.

“Ironmark is a combination of two powerful words. ‘Iron’ conveys the strength of our company and our partnerships with our clients. ‘Mark’ is the strong impression we can help our customers achieve whether it’s with their branding, printed materials, tradeshow display or online storefront,” said Jeff Ostenso, Ironmark CEO.
