Dear Friends and Partners,
I hope you are faring well during this unprecedented time in history.
Today, Governor Hogan issued orders requiring non-essential businesses to close and non-essential workers to stay at home. We recognize that our clients might be concerned about their orders and work for which they’ve come to rely on Ironmark.
Worry not, our presses will still run.
I am pleased to inform you that Ironmark qualifies as “essential” to operate during this crisis as we provide critical services to critical sectors, such as healthcare.
So please continue to send us your jobs, needs, and requests. Our facility is still staffed with only essential personnel that are required to be in-plant. Everyone else is working remotely to move jobs through, communicate with customers, and ensure that deliveries get to you on time.
And just a reminder of the best hygiene practices we have in place here at Ironmark:
We continue to perform routine, robust cleaning throughout the site.
We have suspended client tours, vendor visits, and press checks.
We are promoting social distancing and limiting employee congregating.
We are providing hand sanitizer in all areas of the building.
All employees are encouraged to wash hands with soap for more than 20 seconds.
All employees are encouraged to take their temperature before coming to work.
If they feel sick or have symptoms, they will stay home.
Your work is our work – and it is essential. We are working tirelessly to ensure that it will continue to be completed and delivered on time, and we will continue to do so through this crisis for the betterment of our partners, clients, employees, and community.
Stay well, stay safe, stay calm – we are STILL here for you.
