GATHER AI specializes in inventory management for modern warehouses, deploying drones to efficiently track warehouse inventory and deliver real time reporting. They were looking for a similarly creative way to showcase their capabilities at tradeshows, and engaged Ironmark to create a booth to highlight their drones through an impressive interactive demonstration.

Problem

To highlight the drone’s capabilities, GATHER AI needed a custom booth with an enclosed fly zone. They wanted to include a warehouse image to authentically replicate the drone’s work. The set-up also required three separate booths to be used at two events, and a standalone backdrop used to set up and code the drone.

Solution

Ironmark worked with our vendor to create a 10’ x 30’ booth with a custom drone cage, a 10’ x 20’ booth with a drone cage, and a custom 10’ x 10’ backdrop design of the warehouse to train and code the drone for all shows. The drone cages enclosed the flying areas with doors created for easy access. The cages featured a roof with lights and three side access doors of netting. Ironmark attached the custom drone to a 10’ x 20’ backdrop with the GATHER AI logo, colors, and bullet points for a powerful, crowd-attracting display.

Results

The results were magic. Customers flocked to the booths for the demonstrations, and GATHER AI demonstrated their innovative capabilities to collective awe. It was a terrific tradeshow moment, and they have since seen more interest from attendees. GATHER AI has turned to Ironmark for additional branding work, including flyers, business cards, new event backdrop designs, and more.

Whether designing for tradeshows or other marketing channels, out of the box products require out of the box thinking — and when that product literally flies in the face of convention, leveraging those unique capabilities creates marketing that reaches new heights too.
