Jeff Ostenso,


Jeff Ostenso, CEO of Ironmark, one of the largest and most forward-thinking print and communications companies, is a national leader in the print industry. He built Ironmark with the vision to grow clients’ revenues and to provide employees with livelihoods for their families. He’s forward-thinking, entrepreneurial, and downright honest. Since taking over the family business in 1992, Ostenso grew the company -- then Frank Gumpert Printing -- through acquisition, as well as organically. Not only did he acquire capabilities the company didn't offer, but he also attracted sophisticated and cutting-edge talent to deliver these new capabilities. Ostenso takes pride in the team of leaders he has built -- of the 14 acquisitions to date, 12 of the company owners still work with Ironmark today. In 2014, Ostenso rebranded the company as Ironmark. Ostenso’s strategic vision and steadfast leadership have taken Ironmark from a print company to the leader in logistics, marketing, and communications it is today.

Matt Marzullo,


For over 28 years, Matt Marzullo has been a noteworthy leader in the print industry, getting his start working weekend shifts in the family business as a teenager. Marzullo’s sharp business acumen and technical savvy allowed him to take risks others in the industry could not, making Ironmark one of the most forward-thinking communications companies in the field. His willingness to change processes and leverage new technologies for automation allowed Ironmark to enter new markets and serve enterprise accounts like never before. In 2019, Matt Marzullo was promoted to President of Ironmark and then in 2020 Marzullo became a partner in the business. Alongside CEO Jeff Ostenso, the two work seamlessly together as they move Ironmark into the next phase of its growth, acquisition plan, and national footprint. Today, Marzullo deploys his unparalleled business acumen and trail-blazing leadership to oversee Ironmark’s portfolio of business and ensure the company remains at the forefront of the print and communications industry.

Jeffrey Wilks,

Chief Growth Officer

Jeffrey Wilks is a distinguished Chief Growth Officer at Ironmark, bringing over 35 years of invaluable experience in technology, marketing, and advertising to the forefront of business transformation and growth. With an illustrious career that began in the advertising world at giants like Ogilvy, BBDO, and WPP, Wilks carved out a niche for himself as a visionary growth driver. His strategic acumen was further honed through significant roles at leading technology companies, including eBay, Experian, and POND5, where he demonstrated a profound ability to lead and innovate at the intersection of marketing and technology. He has led multiple teams in gold Effie award winning efforts, is a past Crain’s NY 40 under 40 awardee and has served on numerous board including USA Climbing, Interactive Advertising Bureau, Online Publisher’s association and the Single Parent Resource Center. As Ironmark's CGO, Wilks leverages his vast experience to spearhead growth initiatives, driving forward the company's market position with his unique blend of leadership in MarTech and eCommerce solutions. Known for his dynamic approach to business transformation, Wilks has been instrumental in leading strategic partnerships, organizational restructuring, and revenue growth strategies, making significant impacts at every turn. His tenure at Ironmark is marked by a visionary approach to scaling business operations, fostering team development, and enhancing customer engagement strategies, solidifying his reputation as a transformative leader in the industry.

Chris Marzullo,

VP of Operations

With 25 years of production management experience in the printing industry, Marzullo has helped Ironmark’s Operations grow exponentially. As VP of Operations at Ironmark, where he has called home for the last 13 years, he oversees all day-to-day manufacturing operations. Chris is responsible for connecting our technology to manufacturing. He has been instrumental in overseeing the company’s production growth from $12 million to $40 million in revenue. In addition, Chris is responsible for the implementation and upkeep of our estimating and production management software. He also supervises the production management team to ensure we deliver projects on time and within budget. Along with these tasks, he evaluates new equipment and technologies and assesses the possible impact they will have on results outcomes. Chris received his B.A. in Economics from UMBC.

Lynne Kingsley,

VP of Marketing and Strategic Services

With 25+ years of experience, Lynne founded and leads the digital marketing agency that has grown from a strong idea in 2016 to a team of 30. As VP of Marketing and Strategic Services, Lynne also leads the corporate marketing function at Ironmark. She works collaboratively and cross-functionally to service clients such as the US Naval Academy, The University of Maryland System, Sardi's, Sandler Training, Medstar Health, and more. Before Ironmark, Lynne built a track record of transforming traditional companies and non-profit serving in client-side marketing director roles resulting in surges in sales and significant increases digital engagement. Prior to leading in-house marketing teams at BlackRock Center for the Arts, APAP and AATE, Lynne held account management roles in marketing agencies in the UK (Paver Downes) and the US (Ecentives, now owned by Catalina Marketing). An early experimenter in the convergence of AI and modern marketing, Lynne also has expertise in training, educating, and thought-leadership on big-tech advancements, large language models, AI tools, and more. She has conducted webinars in the “Unlocking Secrets of ChatGPT” series, and trained professionals, emphasizing the immense potential AI holds for the marketing industry. She is finishing a certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Non-Data Scientists from the University of Pennsylvania. Lynne attended S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Advertising and currently lives in Maryland with her husband and three children.
