Jeff Ostenso, CEO of Ironmark, one of the largest and most forward-thinking print and communications companies in the Mid-Atlantic, is a national leader in the print industry. He built Ironmark with the vision to grow clients’ revenues and to provide employees with livelihoods for their families. He’s forward-thinking, entrepreneurial, and downright honest. Since taking over the family business in 1992, Ostenso grew the company -- then Frank Gumpert Printing -- through acquisition, as well as organically. Not only did he acquire capabilities the company didn't offer, but he also attracted sophisticated and cutting-edge talent to deliver these new capabilities. Ostenso takes pride in the team of leaders he has built -- of the 14 acquisitions to date, 12 of the company owners still work with Ironmark today. In 2014, Ostenso rebranded the company as Ironmark. Ostenso’s strategic vision and steadfast leadership have taken Ironmark from a $2.7m local print shop to a $40m national marketing and communications company of tomorrow.
For over 28 years, Matt Marzullo has been a noteworthy leader in the print industry, getting his start working weekend shifts in the family business as a teenager. Marzullo’s sharp business acumen and technical savvy allowed him to take risks others in the industry could not, making Ironmark one of the most forward-thinking communications companies in the field. His willingness to change processes and leverage new technologies for automation allowed Ironmark to enter new markets and serve enterprise accounts like never before. In 2019, Matt Marzullo was promoted to President of Ironmark and then in 2020 Marzullo became a partner in the business. Alongside CEO Jeff Ostenso, the two work seamlessly together as they move Ironmark into the next phase of its growth, acquisition plan, and national footprint. Today, Marzullo deploys his unparalleled business acumen and trail-blazing leadership to oversee Ironmark’s $40m portfolio of business and ensure the company remains at the forefront of the print and communications industry.
Robert Sharkey brings more than 25 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, operational infrastructure, and mergers and acquisitions. Sharkey has a proven track record of building high-performance finance teams to improve processes and drive overall operational efficiencies. He uses a customer-service driven approach and focuses on organically-driven growth to position Ironmark for sustainable, long term value creation. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Juniata College.
VP of Operations
With 25 years of production management experience in the printing industry, Marzullo has helped Ironmark’s Operations grow exponentially. As VP of Operations at Ironmark, where he has called home for the last 13 years, he oversees all day-to-day manufacturing operations. Chris is responsible for connecting our technology to manufacturing. He has been instrumental in overseeing the company’s production growth from $12 million to $40 million in revenue. In addition, Chris is responsible for the implementation and upkeep of our estimating and production management software. He also supervises the production management team to ensure we deliver projects on time and within budget. Along with these tasks, he evaluates new equipment and technologies and assesses the possible impact they will have on results outcomes. Chris received his B.A. in Economics from UMBC.
VP of Sales
Scott has been with the company since 2019. Scott was former President of Mount Vernon Printing Company (an RRD company). Kravitz brings a wealth of knowledge to the executive team, having brought a large book of Union business to Ironmark, as well as managing our 25 sales representatives. Kravitz provides alignment and communication between sales, marketing, clients, and production. He has over 25 years in the print and communications field, helping to create even greater opportunities for clients to benefit from all Ironmark service lines, including print, digital marketing, promotional products, and more. With his charismatic personality and effective management skills, Kravitz leads strategic partnerships with new, emerging, and enterprise clients for Ironmark, and is responsible for increased sales over the past two years. Kravitz is a graduate of RIT University.
VP of Marketing and Strategic Services
Lynne Kingsley oversees the digital marketing client services team as well as the marketing strategy division for the company. Since joining the company in 2016, she has increased Ironmark’s digital presence by over 700%, establishing a new lead generation mechanism for the sales team. A certified inbound marketing professional and HubSpot agency partner, Kingsley has been helping companies transform their marketing function into fully diverse and streamlined growth engines since 2003. With agency and client-side work under her belt, Kingsley’s strategic experience spans both the B2B and B2C sectors. Prior to joining the Ironmark team, she served as in-house marketing director for several non-profit organizations. Kingsley is an honors graduate of the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University.
