Are you mechanically inclined and detail – oriented? “Make Your Mark” by joining the Ironmark Team as a Mailing Machine Operator! Work in our Mailing Department to operate machines that process and handle mail, ensuring that mail is addressed, sorted, processed, and prepared for shipment and delivery in compliance with US and international postal and shipping regulations.
Responsibilities
· Set up and operate inkjet equipment.
· Set up and operate mechanical tabbing equipment.
· Set up and operate envelope inserting equipment.
· Sort mail per USPS regulations to match postal paperwork for bulk mail entry.
· Operate machines that seal envelopes and apply postage.
· Monitor the operation of machines to ensure that mail is processed accurately and according to set standards and quality control procedures.
