  1. 1. E-Commerce Account Manager

    Job Summary 

    The E-Commerce Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our Enterprise E-Commerce accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and their end users. The E-Commerce Account Manager manages portal activity, participates in store builds, and reviews monthly reports.  You will use your excellent communication, time-management, and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, marketing strategies, and customer engagement while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.  

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities 

    • Serve as Project Manager on Enterprise Accounts client store builds, working with the Director of Company Stores and E-Commerce team members to plan and deliver exceptional products and service. 
    • Act as the lead in new store builds, working with clients to obtain product details, user profiles, and other needed information.  
    • Serve as Project Manager for E-Commerce account customer’s offline order requests, supporting cross-selling initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction with the customer’s overall Ironmark experience. 
    • Receive Sales Team and customer inquiries and requests, obtain and assemble information and specifications.  
    • Manage event fulfillment stores, working with the Warehouse team to ensure that shipments are on schedule and that inventory is received in a timely manner.  
    • In accordance with established departmental processes and workflows, accurately use Project Management Software, ERP Software, Web-to-Print Platforms and other software used by the department to efficiently build stores, resolve customer requests, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams.  
    • Maintain all store spreadsheets, ensuring up-to-date entry of data that will feed analysis and the creation of reports. 
    • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides for each client to provide internal teams with needed client information and to assist with continuous improvement. 
    • Develop and analyze quarterly reports pertaining to users, products, inventory, activity, and more to evaluate performance and identify needs. 
    • Conduct regular client meetings, developing the meeting itinerary as well as following up on tasks and actions items that are developed during the meetings.  
    • Track schedule and progress of projects, providing updates to sales, clients, internal team members, and management, ensuring that agreed upon milestones, schedules, and deadlines are met.  
    • Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the e-commerce project lifecycle, proposing and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.  
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in e-commerce.

  2. 2. 2nd Shift 8-Color Press Operator

    Job description

    Ironmark, one of Mid-Atlantic’s leading print and marketing organizations relies on the efficiency and effectiveness of its production team. To deliver on our promise to customers, we count on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. Currently, we’re seeking a 2nd Shift Offset Press Operator with experience on the Komori 8 color offset press to join our team in Annapolis Junction MD. This professional will be responsible for operating and tending printing presses. Performs traditional printing method — offset lithography.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Sets up, adjusts, and operates 28×40 Komori 8 color offset press to print various printed materials.
    • Makes adjustments, cleans, and lubricates press to achieve successful printing operation.
    • Performs all regular daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance for presses and other pressroom equipment in compliance with either manufacturer’s suggestions or Printing Department’s determined schedule.
    • Develops and maintains the correct pressure and registration between the plates and ink in order to obtain a clean, clear impression of the material being printed.
    • Informs Supervisor of the need for materials, inks, and other supplies for the pressroom.
    • Inspects work in progress and finished materials to ensure the quality standards and accuracy of printing is being maintained.
    • Resolves technical problems with presses, inks, and other solutions as necessary. Also responsible for calling attention to any problems with equipment to supervisor.
    • Performs other related jobs within the department as required.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following procedures and complying with legal regulations.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Minimum of 5 years as an operator on a large multi-color offset press.
    • Ability to detect defects in printed pieces while jobs are in progress and make adjustments for correction.
    • Must possess a strong commitment to the quality of work produced.
    • Ability to comprehend and effectively follow oral and written instructions.
    • Basic mechanical ability as well as a desire and ability to acquire knowledge and understanding of the operation of offset printing presses in general.

    Physical Requirements

    • Prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and walking occurs; must climb upon the press to make some adjustments, clear jams, clean ink fountains, press rollers, etc. Frequently lifts paper stock and printing supplies that weigh up to 50 pounds.

  3. 3. Mailing Coordinator

    Are you organized with excellent attention to detail? “Make Your Mark” by joining the
    Ironmark Team as a Mailing Coordinator!

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Review processing requests from Customer Service, ensuring data instructions and artwork are present and ready for processing.
    • As needed, prepare data and instructions for processing. Subsequently, assist with printing and preparing postal paperwork for production.
    • Assist as needed with checking the arrival of incoming materials, updating status on the schedule, labeling with a job number, and accurately connecting with correct paperwork.
    • Send scans of inkjet set-ups for approval to Customer Service when required.
    • Review the daily schedule and confirm the readiness of each day’s mail:
    • Confirm that postage is received for all mailings (or place a hold tag on the mailing.)
    • Connect correct receipts/3607s with each outgoing mail job.
    • Label pallets for the day’s shipments (FedEx or local delivery) and organize pallets for each destination.
    • Stage and double-check pallets, ensuring that all jobs are accounted for before delivery trucks depart.
    • Review schedule and postal paperwork for the day’s deliveries, arranging Freight/FAST as needed. Either book USPS FAST Appointments, or schedule freight pick-up, or schedule couriers for local deliveries.
    • Communicate with Customer Service, Accounting, and Sales team members regarding postage, proof approvals, and material locations.
    • Update and generate the mailing schedule for the next day using Mailing Dept template/files.
    • Assist with running mail jobs on the mailing machines, when needed.
    • Assist with handwork jobs, when needed.
    • Assist with loading trucks, when needed.
    • Assist with wrapping pallets, when needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  4. 4. Jr. Account Coordinator

    Come join our team as a Jr. Account Coordinator!

    The Jr. Account Coordinator will use established Ironmark processes to accurately enter essential, required print project information into organizational print production software systems and update this information as needed as the print order moves through the production process. Working with Customer Service and Estimating team members, the Jr. Account Coordinator will learn key facets of the print production process, how to accurately enter information into Printstream, and will eventually manage print orders fully through the production process, ensuring the successful and timely execution and delivery of print projects. The Jr. Account Coordinator’s ability to grow in the knowledge of the print production process and to successfully manage print production projects, build customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service is key to Ironmark’s success and growth.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Accurately enter orders into Printstream and/or Pace software in accordance with established Customer Service and Estimating Department processes, confirming that the following information is included: Quote/Estimate, Customer number, PO, Delivery information, Mailing File, Billing information and contact.
    • Collaborate with Sales Team members and clients to gather project specifications.
    • Review all materials from electronic media to laser and color match proofs, making sure these meet necessary requirements to produce a quality final print product. Work with the VP of Customer Service and Estimating or a member of the Customer Service Team to learn the method for reviewing materials.
    • Review the specifications/information in the estimate, the customer’s file(s), and the customer’s instructions, to ensure that all information matches and is correct. If the information/specs do not match, contact the Sales Team member and/or the Estimator to clarify and resolve so that all information matches and is accurate.
    • Review the Print Jacket to ensure that it reflects the elements needed to produce the job. Work with Customer Service Team members to learn how to review these elements. Add or highlight items to ensure that the job is produced correctly within the print production workflow.
    • Manage the end-to-end print production process, from project initiation to delivery, providing updates to the relevant sales team member and, in some instances, to the client.
    • Collaborate with production departments to efficiently and accurately move print projects through departments, answering inquiries and resolving job-specific issues resulting in the completion of the order to the customer’s satisfaction. Identify and troubleshoot any problems, maintaining the project schedule and ensuring the cost-effectiveness of the final, delivered product.
    • Monitor and update key date information in Pace, including promise date, proof-in date, and proof-out date.
    • Follow the Pace Mailing processes to properly communicate Mail specifications and data file(s) for print projects.
    • Provide complete and accurate shipping information via Pace, using established Shipping protocols. In instances that require same-day shipping, follow established Shipping protocols.
    • Create purchase orders, coordinating with vendors to provide the correct specifications, to ensure that schedules are met, and to resolve any issues. Communicate and obtain customer approvals when needed.
    • Ensure product description, pricing, and billing contact information are set up accurately in Pace, so that invoices produced by Accounting have the correct information.
    • Establish customer inventory for print products, assigning inventory ids for items that will be used for online stores, mailings, and other customer needs. Subsequently monitor inventory levels.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers, departments, and vendors.

  6. 6. Large Format Operator - Installation Experience a Must!

    The Large Format Operator operates large format printing equipment, follows accurate and efficient print production processes, and successfully produces high-quality large format printed materials. Collaborating with the VP of Large Format and the Large Format Production Manager and other departments, the Large Format Operator will use their technical expertise to print and efficiently package high-quality large format projects, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction, repeat business, and to the growth of the company’s Large Format revenue.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Operate large format printing equipment, such as wide-format inkjet printers, plotters, and cutters.
    • Follow operation procedures and job jackets (including material type, size, color profiles, and finishing options) in order to provide quality assurance and to catch and correct any issues in production.
    • Log in all job activity in Pace, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of job activity.
    • Load and unload printing materials and ensure proper alignment and settings
    • Monitor printing processes to ensure that print quality and color consistency meet standards and customer requirements.
    • Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and inform Large Format Production Manager of needed repairs. Make authorized minor repairs as needed.
    • Inspect printed materials, color accuracy, and overall quality.
    • Inform Large Format Production Manager of any impending shortages in materials, inks, and other supplies in order to avoid production delays.
    • Log every job in Large Format Job log, tracking KPIs such as square footage, customer, product, estimated cost, etc.
    • Properly dispose of waste and used materials.
    • Adhere to safety procedures and regulations in the production environment.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
    • Report available time to manager. If work schedule is slow, pull installations from vendors, work to organize and clean workspace, etc,.
    • Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production, proposing and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in large format printing.
    • Evaluate project performance and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and to implement lessons learned in future projects.

    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Work in our Mailing Department to operate machines that process and handle mail, ensuring that mail is addressed, sorted, processed, and prepared for shipment and delivery in compliance with US and international postal and shipping regulations.

    Responsibilities

    · Set up and operate inkjet equipment.

    · Set up and operate mechanical tabbing equipment.

    · Sort mail per USPS regulations to match postal paperwork for bulk mail entry.

    · Operate machines that seal envelopes and apply postage.

In this role, experience in project management of print and tangible marketing (print, promotional, signage, etc.) will be essential. The responsibilities include estimating and assigning creative work, managing timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring creative projects are completed on time and within budget. This position reports to the Director of Agency Operations.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Manages the internal and external production of creative/marketing projects, from beginning to end.
    • Responsible for the Creative Intake Queue; scope project requests, ensure all required assets are available, communicate timelines to customer service reps (CSRs), assign projects to the Creative Team based on client history, capacity, strongest fit, etc.
    • Work with Agency Operations Manager to monitor and have a pulse on creative resource capacity and allocation, ensuring projects are assigned based on timelines and/or due date.
    • Oversees quality control in conjunction with the Creative Director and AM’s.
    • Opens creative jobs in ERP and Project Management Software. Assigns job numbers, applies expenses to jobs and assists in resource allocation within Project Management software.
    • Works to prepare and streamline Standard Operating Procedures with department heads.
    • Prepares creative jobs for Accounting for end-of-month billing.
