  1. 1. Assistant Controller

    Ironmark is interested in hiring an Assistant Controller to work at our office located in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

    As a valuable Assistant Controller, you will provide the CFO with assistance on all financial-related tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent general ledger accounting skills and a passion for finding solutions to complex problems.     Assistant Controller Responsibilities Include:

    • Prepare and process detailed financial statements
    • Prepare year end audit workpapers
    • Prepare monthly sales tax reports
    • Oversight of AR/AP/Fixed Assets
    • Delegate data entry tasks with junior accounting staff
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and in-house standards and best practices
    • Improve internal control systems to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements
    • Oversee the reconciliation of accounts monthly/quarterly
    • Review financial data monthly and consult with the CFO to resolve issues and articulate the period’s performance
    • Other tasks as assigned

    Assistant Controller Experience Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
    • >5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
    • Supervisory experience preferred
    • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP preferred
    • MS Office 365, emphasis on Excel skills
    • Can work independently, ability to multitask, self-motivated, well organized, deadline and detail oriented, able to prioritize, works effectively under pressure, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  2. 2. Digital Marketing Account Manager (Remote)

    As part of a robust full-service marketing company, the Ironmark digital marketing team provides exceptional results for our clients through a data-backed strategy. Leveraging the Inbound Marketing Methodology, Ironmark implements on the strategy through content marketing, website design including UX and UI, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media marketing & monitoring, event marketing and campaign management.

    Ironmark is seeking an experienced, talented Digital Marketing Account Manager to work remotely as part of our digital marketing team. Though this position is for a 3-month contract, we fully expect to be in a position to hire the right-fit candidate full time upon successful completion of the contract. We are growing!

    As an Ironmark Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will serve as a vital interface between our clients and our client services team and act as the project manager on several engagements simultaneously. Through the direction and guidance of Ironmark’s Digital Marketing Account Director, you will help our clients reach their unique business goals and deliver on a strategy that often times requires the resources of internal digital marketing team members as well as inter-departmental resources such as our Creative Team and Web Team to ensure the highest level of client experiences.


    Act as the Point-of-Contact for the clients assigned to you as well as the Project Manager running point on creating and implementing the timeline of projects and campaigns.
    Manage the day-to-day implementation and execution of client accounts including content marketing, website design including UX and UI, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media marketing & monitoring, campaign management and other disciplines of inbound marketing specific to reaching your client(s) goals.

    Provide technical implementation through platforms for email, PPC campaigns, marketing automation, landing page creation, search engine optimization and form-building either independently or through the support and direction you give to Digital Marketing Strategists and Coordinators working within your team.
    Review and analyze data on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to make decisions on optimizations and strategy pivots required to meet and exceed our client’s goals and expectations.
    Present the work of the Ironmark team to the client in a productive, efficient manner that excites and retains our clients for future, continued work.


    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
      Agency experience of 2+ years client-facing and managing multiple accounts.
    • Clear understanding and demonstration of successfully creating and implementing strategies for a minimum of 75% of the following:
      – Content marketing for websites, blogs and social
      – SEO
      – Web Design
      – Email marketing
      – Digital Paid Media channels (PPC, Display, Affiliate, Influencer)
      – Social media marketing & monitoring (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn)
      – Google Adwords
      – Web Analytics
      – Digital marketing analytics
      – Event Marketing
      – Marketing automation and blogging software (examples: Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.).
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
    • Effective time-management with the ability to delegate to others and prioritize your tasks as well as others as they pertain to client work.
    • Adapt quickly to change.
    • An unrelenting passion for marketing.

  3. 3. Bindery Operator

    Ironmark is currently accepting applications for experienced Folder and Saddle-Stitcher operators, specifically Bindery Machine Operators. We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. First and Second shifts are available.

    Bindery Operator Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 3yrs experience on folders or saddle stitchers
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
    • Stand for extended periods of time

  4. 4. Account Coordinator

    The Account Coordinator is responsible for receiving orders from clients and our sales team, overseeing and checking the specifications for each job, reviewing all materials from electronic media to laser and color match proofs, and making sure these meet necessary requirements to produce a quality final product. The Account Coordinator is a liaison between in-house personnel and clients for all printing issues and concerns. You will be responsible for updating all information daily into the Electronic Jacket, overseeing the entire print process and ensuring the successful delivery of jobs, as well as identifying and troubleshooting difficulties to ensure cost-effectiveness and the delivery of a quality product. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.


    • Knowledge of the printing processes and equipment, press specifications and capabilities to produce digital and offset printing
    • Ability to communicate effectively to negotiate with customers/vendors
    • Knowledge of specifications for paper and inks needed to produce all quality levels of printing
    • Experience in gathering information needed and administering PO for print and binding contracts to ensure that product, service, and price objectives are met
    • Perform Press and Bindery Inspections as required. Approve Final Quality Control Samples for accuracy prior to delivery. Provide follow up inquiries with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Extremely detail-oriented with strong problem solving and organizational skills while using resources to their fullest
    • Experience with a PC: Windows, Excel, Microsoft Word.
