  1. 1. Promotional Products Customer Service Representative (CSR)

    The Promotional Products CSR is a liaison between in-house personnel and vendors for all promotional products.

    Promotional Products CSR Responsibilities Include:
    • Processing orders
    • Negotiating with vendors
    • Generate sales leads
    • Review and obtain approval of proofs and spec samples
    • Overseeing the entire production process
    • Ensuring successful delivery of jobs
    • Identifying and troubleshooting difficulties to ensure cost-effectiveness
    • Timely deliveries
    • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Promotional Products CSR Skills Required:
    • High School Diploma (Minimum)
    • Experience in promotional products customer service, including apparel
    • Knowledge of the decoration processes, artwork specifications and pricing structures for promotional products and apparel
    • Ability to prioritize projects to meet all deadlines
    • Experience in gathering information needed for administering a PO for contracts to ensure that product, service, and price objectives are met
    • Ability to communicate effectively to negotiate with vendors
    • Extremely detail-oriented with strong problem solving and organizational skills
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

  2. 2. Bindery Operator

    Ironmark is currently accepting applications for experienced Folder and Saddle-Stitcher operators, specifically Bindery Machine Operators. We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. First and Second shifts are available.

    Bindery Operator Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 3yrs experience on folders or saddle stitchers
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
    • Stand for extended periods of time

  3. 3. Digital Marketing Account Manager

    Does the green plus sign on Google Analytics make your spine tingle with delight? Do words flow from your brain to the screen like melted popsicle juice falls to the ground on a hot day? If your creativity and analytical mind come together in digital marketing prowess, we want to talk to you!

    Our Digital Marketing Account Managers are skilled and curious online marketing gurus that develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our clients. In essence, they serve as our clients’ own digital marketing departments (alongside our web design and development teams) — from increasing brand awareness, lead generation to customer delight. Our digital marketing account managers are the lead on a client account team; they create new online strategies, plan remarkable content strategies rooted in research, manage clients’ social media profiles and optimize their paid ads and landing pages.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage the day-to-day execution of 3-5 client accounts including content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email, PPC advertising, and other disciplines of inbound marketing
    • Develop and implement monthly and weekly action plans for clients
    • Lead weekly or monthly status calls with clients, including creating agendas and follow up reports
    • Be accountable for client results and progress toward client goals.
    • Keep client digital marketing activities on time while constantly pushing the account forward with new, creative ideas.
    • Work with our content and creative resources to develop content strategy for client blogs, videos, lead magnets, social media and advertising.
    • Design, build and maintain clients’ social media presence.
    • Create email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
    • Manage creation, testing and optimization of paid digital advertising.
    • Identify trends and insights in each client campaign, and optimize campaigns based on results.
    • Collaborate and coordinate with internal team members to improve aspects of a client deliverables, including user experience, landing pages, and lead generation components.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns to clients monthly, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) monthly and quarterly.
    • Maintain Inbound and Hubspot certifications.
    • Collaborate with entire marketing team on Ironmark’s own marketing/new business campaigns.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum education requirements: bachelor degree in marketing or a related field
    • 4 or more years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably with a digital marketing agency
    • Demonstrated experience in SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, Google Adwords and Analytics
    • Required: 2 years experience in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them into converted customers (examples: Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.)
    • A deep understanding of the full marketing funnel
    • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  4. 4. Digital Marketing Account Coordinator

    As part of a robust full-service marketing agency, the Ironmark digital marketing team provides exceptional results for our clients through inbound marketing, content, pay-per-click (PPC), social media, and more. We have grown exponentially in the past year, and we’re looking for a smart and talented go-getter to join our team. Many years of work experience are not required.     As a Digital Marketing Account Coordinator, you will serve as a vital interface between our clients and our client services team. You will work alongside a Senior Digital Account Manager to help manage existing accounts by coordinating the involvement of departments like Creative, E-Commerce and Web Design & Development to ensure the highest level of client experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the day-to-day execution of client accounts including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email, display advertising, content marketing and other disciplines of inbound marketing
    • Provide technical implementation of platforms for email, ad campaigns, marketing automation, landing page creation, search engine optimization and form-building
    • Stop at nothing to provide positive results and progress toward client goals
    • Create content for client blogs, social media and lead generation
    • Work with writers and outside consultants needed to support client work

  5. 5. Website Developer

    About the role:

    Amazing opportunity for an intelligent, detail-oriented and talented Website Developer to join our agency team. This on-site, mid-level position will support the Web Design/Development, Digital Marketing and Creative departments and report directly to the head of our Web department. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects for both well-known brands and up-and-coming start-ups, which reach across the entire spectrum of UI/UX, custom CMS development and website performance.

    About You:

    You are an experienced web development rock star and team player who gets work done efficiently.  You’re comfortable receiving feedback and direction and can work independently as well as collaboratively with a variety of personalities.  You excel at problem-solving, trouble-shooting and explaining technical solutions to non-technical people.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop/program, test and launch web-based projects including, but not limited to websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns
    • Maintain existing web properties, including on-going content management and back-end updates/administration
    • Execute on SEO strategies; conduct technical audits and identify issues and opportunities; implement fixes and updates using SEO best practices
    • Collaborate and help to define technology solutions that work within a specified framework (timeframe and budget)
    • Assist in the creation of functional specifications, technical requirements, wireframes, schematics, architectures and prototypes

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and Responsive design/development

    • Proficiency with PHP and mySQL

  6. 6. Account Coordinator

    The Account Coordinator is responsible for receiving orders from clients and our sales team, overseeing and checking the specifications for each job, reviewing all materials from electronic media to laser and color match proofs, and making sure these meet necessary requirements to produce a quality final product. The Account Coordinator is a liaison between in-house personnel and clients for all printing issues and concerns. You will be responsible for updating all information daily into the Electronic Jacket, overseeing the entire print process and ensuring the successful delivery of jobs, as well as identifying and troubleshooting difficulties to ensure cost-effectiveness and the delivery of a quality product. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of the printing processes and equipment, press specifications and capabilities to produce digital and offset printing
    • Ability to communicate effectively to negotiate with customers/vendors
    • Knowledge of specifications for paper and inks needed to produce all quality levels of printing
    • Experience in gathering information needed and administering PO for print and binding contracts to ensure that product, service, and price objectives are met
    • Perform Press and Bindery Inspections as required. Approve Final Quality Control Samples for accuracy prior to delivery. Provide follow up inquiries with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Extremely detail-oriented with strong problem solving and organizational skills while using resources to their fullest
    • Experience with a PC: Windows, Excel, Microsoft Word.

  7. 7. Print Estimator

    Ironmark is a full-service print, creative, marketing and communications partner to help businesses achieve impact and involvement. We are seeking an exceptional, talented individual to join operations in our growing company as a Print Estimator at our Annapolis Junction location. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with interest and experience in printing and graphics to work and be involved with the estimating and quoting process and work with the latest in technology.

    The Print Estimator candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff. Ability to establish client relations, listen to client goals, and maintain community rapport are a must for any applicant. The Print Estimator candidates must be highly organized and be able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines. The Print Estimator position also involves frequent use of technology; some company-specific process training will be provided, but strength with computers and technology are a must.

    Responsibilities:

    • Estimates and quotes labor and material costs of printing and binding books, pamphlets, periodicals, and other printed matter, based on specifications outlined on sales order or submitted by prospective customer.
    • Examines specifications, sketches, and sample layouts, and calculates unit and production costs, using labor and material pricing schedules, and considering factors such as size and number of sheets or pages, paper stock requirements, binding operations, halftones, number and units of colors, and quality of finished product, to determine cost effective and competitive price.
    • Confers with department heads or production personnel to develop or confirm information regarding various cost elements.
    • May estimate cost of mailing finished printed matter if specified on order.
    • May estimate labor and material cost of specific phase of printing, such as plate making or binding.

    Skills:
