  1. 1. Production Designer / Traffic Manager

    Ironmark, a full-service omnichannel marketing solutions provider, is searching for a mid-level graphic designer/project traffic manager to join our creative team. This position is multi-faceted. The ideal candidate will possess solid graphic design production skills as well as the ability to oversee the design request inbox and delegate work to a small team of production designers via the project management software system.

    The ideal candidate is deadline-conscious with the ability to work across a range of projects and mediums in an organized and efficient manner while also reviewing incoming work and assigning these projects to the production team. A general understanding of typical project management software systems is critical. We are an omni-channel marketing company with strong print capabilities. Ironmark is an energetic workplace fostering collaboration and professional growth. The Creative team is currently in a hybrid/remote working environment.

    Requirements

    • Strong understanding and experience with Mac platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Knowledge and confidence in designing in many mediums; print, digital, and large format.
    • At least 3 years of professional agency or in-house experience is required.
    • Experience delegating tasks to others, and managing the workloads of a team.
    • Excellent communication skills.

  2. 2. Digital Marketing Account Manager

    As part of a robust full-service marketing company, the Ironmark digital marketing division provides exceptional results for our clients through a data-backed strategy. Leveraging the Inbound Marketing Methodology, Ironmark implements on the strategy through content marketing, website design including UX and UI, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media marketing & monitoring, event marketing and campaign management.

    As an Ironmark Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will serve as a vital interface between our clients and our client services team and act as the project manager on several engagements simultaneously. Through the direction and guidance of Ironmark’s Digital Marketing Account Director, you will help our clients reach their unique business goals and deliver on a strategy that oftentimes requires the resources of internal digital marketing team members as well as inter-departmental resources such as our Creative Team and Web Team to ensure the highest level of client experiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the core Point-of-Contact for the clients assigned to you as well as the Project Manager running point on creating and implementing the timeline of projects and campaigns.
    • Manage the day-to-day implementation and execution of client accounts including content marketing, website design including UX and UI, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media marketing & monitoring, event marketing, campaign management and other disciplines of inbound marketing specific to reaching your client(s) goals.
    • Provide technical implementation through platforms for email, PPC campaigns, marketing automation, landing page creation, search engine optimization and form-building either independently or through the support and direction you give to Digital Marketing Strategists and Coordinators working within your team.
    • Maintain or exceed Ironmark’s Digital Marketing client retention rate goals annually.
    • Keep up with digital marketing industry and technology trends as well as any required certifications based on your role and the clients you support.
    • Review and analyze data on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to make decisions on optimizations and strategy pivots required to meet and exceed our client’s goals and expectations.
    • Present the work of the Ironmark team to the client in a productive, efficient manner that excites and retains our clients for future, continued work.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
      Agency experience of 2+ years client-facing and managing multiple accounts.
    • Clear understanding and demonstration of successfully creating and implementing strategies for a minimum of 75% of the following:
      – Content marketing for websites, blogs and social
      – SEO
      – Web Design
      – Email marketing
      – Digital Paid Media channels (PPC, Display, Affiliate, Influencer)
      – Social media marketing & monitoring (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn)
      – Google Adwords
      – Web Analytics
      – Digital marketing analytics
      – Event Marketing
      – Marketing automation and blogging software (examples: Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.).
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
    • Effective time-management with the ability to delegate to others and prioritize your tasks as well as others as they pertain to client work.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to change.
    • An unrelenting passion for marketing.

  3. 3. Bindery Operator

    Ironmark is currently accepting applications for experienced Folder and Saddle-Stitcher Operators, specifically Bindery Machine Operators. We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. First and Second shifts are available.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of the printing processes and equipment, press specifications, and capabilities to produce digital and offset printing
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years experience on folders or saddle stitchers
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs Stand for extended periods of time

  4. 4. Offset Pressman

    Ironmark, one of Mid-Atlantic’s leading print and marketing organizations relies on the efficiency and effectiveness of its production team. To deliver on our promise to customers, we count on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. Currently, we’re seeking an Offset Pressman to join our team in Annapolis Junction MD. This professional will be responsible for operating and tending printing presses. Performs traditional printing method — offset lithography.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Sets up, adjusts, and operates offset printing presses to print various printed materials.
    • Makes adjustments, cleans, and lubricates press to achieve successful printing operation.
    • Performs all regular daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance for presses and other pressroom equipment in compliance with either manufacturer’s suggestions or Printing Department’s determined schedule.
    • Develops and maintains the correct pressure and registration between the plates and ink in order to obtain a clean, clear impression of the material being printed.
    • Informs Supervisor of the need for materials, inks, and other supplies for the pressroom.
    • Inspects work in progress and finished materials to ensure the quality standards and accuracy of printing is being maintained.
    • Resolves technical problems with presses, inks, and other solutions as necessary. Also responsible for calling attention to any problems with equipment to supervisor.
    • Performs other related jobs within the department as required.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following procedures and complying with legal regulations.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Minimum of 5 years as an operator on a large multi-color offset press.
    • Ability to detect defects in printed pieces while jobs are in progress and make adjustments for correction.
    • Must possess a strong commitment to the quality of work produced.
    • Ability to comprehend and effectively follow oral and written instructions.
    • Basic mechanical ability as well as a desire and ability to acquire knowledge and understanding of the operation of offset printing presses in general.

    Physical Effort

    • Prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and walking occurs; must climb upon the press to make some adjustments, clear jams, clean ink fountains, press rollers, etc. Frequently lifts paper stock and printing supplies that weigh up to 50 pounds.
