The Accounts Payable Specialist will work on all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This position requires a solid understanding of general ledger accounting principles. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Efficiently perform all components of the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment, and accounting of trade payables.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for accounts payable processes in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the broader finance team to facilitate a smooth month-end closing process and address any discrepancies.
- Process weekly payments via checks, ACH, and wires for domestic and international vendors.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, resolving any invoice discrepancies and negotiating terms when necessary.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions, reconciling accounts payable ledgers as needed.
- Classifying invoices correctly between CAPEX/OPEX with appropriate approvals.

As Director of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Ironmark’s partnership strategy. Partnership Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the Ironmark’s business objectives and growth targets. This may include proactively leading partnership planning processes, developing mutual performance objectives, financial targets, GTM positioning and marketing plus critical milestones associated with productive partner relationships. You will also determine, negotiate, and manage contracting processes, commercial terms, mutually beneficial value exchange and future roadmap implications.
- Identify key categories for partnerships and new partner opportunities in line with market trends and Ironmark’s strategy and product/service offerings.

The Shipping Associate is responsible for supporting the company’s shipping operations. The Shipping Associate relies on their strong attention to detail, knowledge of company software, and knowledge of company shipping and delivery processes to work closely with the Shipping Manager, Drivers, Internal Customers, and External Carriers to ensure timely and accurate shipping and delivery of products to customers and vendors.
