  1. 1. You're an Image Company? What's that?

Your image is everything you put out in the world. From your branding, website, printed materials, messaging, signage, Facebook cover photo – and so much more.  An image company leverages the full spectrum of talents to ensure your company and vision is communicated clearly, the way you intend.

  2. 2. How do I send a file? (FTP upload)

Go to our home page. In the top right corner there is a link labeled UPLOAD. From there, enter your name/email address and click enter. The next screen will prompt you to select a recipient and upload a file that is saved on your computer. Presto!

  3. 3. What is the difference between offset and digital printing?

The short answer: offset printing is more cost-effective for large runs and digital printing works better for short runs. The longer answer: the difference lies in the technology used to print. Offset works by transferring ink from an etched plate to a rubber sheet which rolls the ink onto the paper. Digital doesn’t involve ink. Digital printing uses electrostatic rollers, called drums, to apply toner onto the paper. More significant set up is required for offset printing which is why digital is more cost effective for smaller runs.
